2/1/2012... What a beautiful morning here in Eastern North Carolina! Sun is shining, the temperature is registering 60 this morning and my daffodils are getting ready for an early Spring appearance. I don't think any local groundhogs (if we even have any!) will be seeing shadows tomorrow, but I know the area well, and winter will not leave without a struggle!
It's a perfect day to check out local Real Estate for sale to see how the market is doing, and Real Estate sales are beginning to look up although, for Buyers, prices are still down.
