Happy Valentine's Day to everyone out there!  My own forever Valentine gave me such a lovely card this morning...  made my day, yet again.  I had model home duty this afternoon at our newest subdivision, Breighmere, just across the River in Pamlico County... no city taxes.  Caviness and Cates are just incredibly talented builders - the homes are beautifully designed, built and presented.  The model home, of course, has all the upgrades anyone could want, but, surprise...so do all the other homes!  The bottom line is that the design and standard finishing of the home are great... love at first sight, believe me.  The prices are great as well - starting at $159,900 with granite countertops, stainless appliances and more.  Let me know if you'd like more information or a viewing: Nan@CallNan.com
